How to water your Kokedama's?

Welcome to Terra Pots blog!

Here you're going to find information, tools and tips about your houseplants and Kokedama's. Our goal is that you learn how to take care of your plants. Remember that nature means wellbeing and is important to keep your plants healthy.

Brief History of the Moss Ball "Kokedama"

The meaning of the word Kokedama is Moss Ball in Japanese. This technique was developed many years ago to transport Bonsai's from one place to another without dying. They soon discovered that this ball of moss was very beneficial and began to try it with other plants.

Grab a deep container (8-10")

To hydrate your Kokedama, find a deep container that is 8 to 10 inches deep. Place the Kokedama inside and leave it submerged for 2-3 minutes. Then allow it to drain a bit and place it back on its base.

That's it!

My strategy is to choose one day of the week, put it on my calendar so I don't forget and follow the same procedure once a week.
