Refund policy
Unfortunately, Terra Pots don't have a return policy. During the winter months, plants get extremely cold and to guarantee their safety it is necessary to add “Hot Pads” at an additional cost. This guarantees that if they reach the state or are dead, we will be able to reimburse your money. If the plant arrives in poor conditions after added "Hot Pads", customer will get their money back within 30 days. It's customer responsibility to report the issue at the moment the plant arrives.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
